Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

Tylenol being acetaminophen, can be taken as 500mg every 4 hours per day for moderate to severe pain. It should not exceed a maximum of 400mg a day.

Advil being ibuprofen, which is an NSAID, can be taken as 200mg every 6-8 hourly depending on the intensity of the pain. Since this is an NSAID, it should be consumed with caution.

For bodyaches, you can switch over to ADVIL.

I hope this helps,

Regards
