Question: I have suffered from tingling, odd sensations, feeling of water drops and or crawling on skin, lump in throat feeling that comes and goes and twitching throughout different parts of my body for 10 weeks. I have seen two nuero muscular specialists, had plenty of blood work, mri of the brain and Capine and two EMGs of 3 limbs. Both nueros claim it’s benign and not MS or ALS. I am scared and worries something could have been missed. Thoughts?

Brief Answer:
I don't think that there is MS or ALS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Since you had a complete evaluation for your issues ( neurological examination and the tests for functional and anatomical evaluation of the neurological system ) I think you should not be worried about anything serious.

In my opinion, conditions such as benign fasciculations syndrome, or any form of neuropathy, anxiety, can justify your symptoms.

I think that following up with your Neurologist is sufficient for now.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
