Question: I have some spots on the top inside of my left forearm (I%E2%80%99m right handed) that have been there for at least three weeks now. They don%E2%80%99t seem to be getting worse and they don%E2%80%99t hurt or itch. They are more noticeable and red after a shower. They are a little rough to the touch. What is it and how should I treat it?

Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, topical steroid & moisturising lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturising lotion on the entire forearms 2-3 times in a day for 2-3 weeks.
This should help in resolving your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
