Brief Answer:
Probably gout, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to gout.Gout usually affects the big toe, but it can occur in any joint.
I recommend to check the uric acid level.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
Apply ice to the affected joints and drink plenty of water.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
