I Have Heat Rash In My Crotch - On The
Question: I have heat rash in my crotch - on the very top of my leg. The skin is raised with many pustules. It hurts but doesn't itch. I've had it for a week but probably made things worse in the beginning when I treated it as a diaper rash with Aquaphore. For 4 days I've just kept it clean and dry. Do I need antibiotics or will it go away on it's own?
