I Have Had A Persistent Headache Now For Over 2

default
Posted on Sun, 24 May 2020
Question: I have had a persistent headache now for over 2 weeks, increased resting heart rate from 78 to 95+ bpm, fatigue and for the last week debilitating anxiety attacks, which are not common for me at all. Concerns from my wife range from meningitis to brain tumors, I am looking for advice, should i go get tested at my local hospital? What's the best course of action?

Brief Answer:
Get help of a physician.Be positive

Detailed Answer:
Hi secretsem595,
Thanks for asking.I have read your query &understand your concern.
* In my view everything seems to be due to psychological / physical stress you are facing.
You should get a good physical check up to exclude other causes of head ache like fever, allergy, sinus infection, refractory error, raised blood pressure &anxiety tension..
A detailed physical check up by expirienced physician should trace the cause followed by needful medication to relieve you.
* Another piece of advise I would like to give is...lad,you are still young, but...please understand such difficult times do come in life once in a while...&to face it, one should be more physically fit & psychologically strong. This strength will come to you from-
-Your confidence about your good intension, deeds &best out come of the battle.
-The sincere efforts you are taking to help your wife..offering her best possible treatment &a firm psychological support.
-Doctors advise& medication offered.
*please do not neglect your own health (nurishment, rest &positivity) because that's essential to overcome the hard situation.
I hope that helps you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
