Greying of hair is quite normal at 37 years of age. However if it is excessive you may try oral calcium pantothenate (Tab. Kerablak or Tab. Vighan CP) along with application of Melitane 5% (Altris 5% ). Hair fall in males is most commonly due to androgenetic alopecia wherein there is thinning from the frontal, mid and vertex of the scalp along with receding hair line. Topical minoxidil 5% as solution and oral finasteride are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males.
