Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Perhaps you have intertrigo- inflammation of the body folds due to occlusion, sweat and rubbing.
I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream and an OTC topical steroid e.g cortisone cream, mixed together and applied twice daily. In addition I suggest you to use an antifungal dusting powder, once or twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
