Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

You seem to have a fungal infection. I suggest you to use ketoconazole 2% cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g either fluconazole or terbinafine for 3-4 weeks. These are prescription medication and I suggest you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription regarding the same. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
