Please get further evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The spotting or bleeding in menopause need to be evaluated.
You may need to do an ultrasound to check uterus for possible myoma, thickened endometrial lining etc.
Also so a vaginal smear.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
