So I am safe at 7 msv. You said I have received less than a ct scan of about 10 mSv, is 10 mSv a high enough dose to increase cancer risk? If it's not, what's the reason it cannot ?

Brief Answer:
10 msv radiation don't increase cancer risk.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
A 10 msv radiation, as much as you receive from a CT scan is quite tolerable and doesn't increase cancer risk.
Doing a CT scan a year is recommended by doctors in following up many different diagnosis.
7msv is a very low dose of radiation and it can't cause enough changes in cells to develop cancerous cells.
You can be safe and don't worry about 7 msv of radiation.
