Brief Answer:
Hii. Is the white spot is hurting or if is there any difficulty in swallowi

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Is the white spot is hurting or if is there any difficulty in swallowing, pain throat? It may be due to any viral or bacterial infection. It may be due to any acid reflux or allergic pharyngitis. You need to visit an Ent surgeon. So you start an antibiotic augmentin, an antiallergic tablet levocetrizine. Start betadine and warm saline gargle. Take a throat swab and specially from that area and sent for culture and sensitivity. If it is not resolving with all of above you need to send a biopsy from that and wait for the reports. For now you start the above medication and wait for culture report. Please review if you have any queries.
