I Have A Weak Left Shoulder. Recently I Have Started
Question: I have a weak left shoulder. Recently I have started doing gym and after doing any weight lifting excercise which requires shoulder strength I feel the shoulder gets loose and if I continue a bit more I feel like it may get slightly dislocate from the shoulder ball. What can I do to strengthen the shoulder.

Yes, there is a condition where the Rotator cuff which stabilizes the shoulder joint might be loose and weak. In that case there is an increase chance of dislocation.
There are surgical procedures to correct it. but for now you may have to avoid weight lifting to avoid dislocation.

Thanks a lot doctor for the guidance. Are there any exercises by which the rotator cuff gets stabilized? I do not want to undergo any surgery and want to take alternative solutions. Please suggest the same.
