Question: I have a red bump/lump between my ass cheeks on the upper side just below my lower back and where the ass cheeks start between that crack. What is it and anything serious i need go see a doctor?

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be a furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This would resolve it.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
