hello
they are not itchy or painful
it started few days ago
i have other bumps on the same area (see attached photo) but they look and feel different from these ones

Folliculitis, apply topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly attached photographs and they are looking like folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-8 days.
This will resolve them.
