Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
it's unlikely to be heart attack and probably related to work out, however one can be sure only after Ecg.
If you are young and doing work outs then baseline probability is less. Also, absence of typical symptoms make it unlikely. Just check if that worsens with deep breathing or pressing over the same area, and if it worsens then its further unlikely. Pain due to work out worsen on pressing or movements. Also, pain due to heart attack worsens on exertion.
So, appears unlikely but obtain ecg is possible to be sure especially if you are elder or any risk factors are present like diabetes or hypertension or family history.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

My stomach has been churning a little bit in the past hour. No vomiting, no color change. It does not hurt worse over my chest during inhalation and the pain is mild when I press on the area. However, when I'm in a certain position, it hurts my chest area when I move. I have anxiety as well and I'm freaking out about this. I'm worried that if i fall asleep I won't wake up

Brief Answer:
Likely a musculoskeketal pain

Detailed Answer:
Pain worsening on movements is unlikely to be related to heart. It's usually musculoskeketal pain due to workout. Pain of gastritis and reflux can also cause similar pain. So, doesn't appear worrisome issue based on symptoms, however you can get it evaluated to be cent percent sure.
