I Have A Hemorrhoid That Appears After A Bowel Movement.
Question: I have a hemorrhoid that appears after a bowel movement. I use a cream and medicated wipes. It goes away after a few minutes but comes back after every BM. What do I need to do?

I am a 40 yo Male. It has been going on for about a month now. I do feel pain occasionally after a BM but do not have any pain or discomfort throughout the day. It will occasionally have bleeding if I have a hard stool. It is tender. The 2 lumps go away after I use a medicated wipe and cream after about 15-20 mins. I am sure about continuity and do not have a photo as it is not inflamed at the moment.
