I Have A Bump On My Tongue. It Is White

Question: I have a bump on my tongue. It is white and enlarged. It hasn't gone away for a few months.

I read your query and here is my advice
You can upload a photo of the bump on reports in order that I can see it and give you a better opinion.
Also I want to know if it hurts , it if it did get better and reoccurred or just continues growing?
Thinking of what can it be a possibility is a mucosal cyst but let see it first.

It only hurts when I bite it on accident and it has not grown in size. It sort of popped up over night and has remained the same since.

It is mucocele.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the photo you attached and it looks like mucocele or a cyst filled with mucus .
It is formed usually when a gland duct is closed and mucous forms a cyst.
Don't try to open or burst it by yourself.
Rinse mouth with saline water several times a day to make it open.
If it doesn't go by yourself you can go to doctor to open it surgically.
