Question: I have Pre-Diabitic Condition, Obsessity and Feels Lazy everyday. Cholesterol is also high. What could I do to.improve health. Family has history of Diabetes

I have seen the report.

One fasting blood sugar reading alone is not enough to rule out diabetes.

I suggest you to get HbA1c test done to know your diabetes status well..
