Brief Answer:
Muscle pain, possibly overused muscles.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the pain that you are having may be caused by muscle or bone pain. A strained muscle is possible if it came after a sudden movement. If it come after a hand work or working out it can be over used muscle.
Also costochondritis is possible the inflammation of the cartilage of the rib cage which causes nerve pain.
You can use antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain and inflammation.
Have rest and don't do any hard work as you used too.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
