Question: I had sex last night, and this morning I’m cramping and had a blood clot in my urine. I had my period 1.5 weeks ago, there was nothing rough about last night, and my husband and i didn’t do anything out of the ordinary

Brief Answer:
Kidney stones or infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that cramps you are having and blood clots in urine maybe somehow related to the sex.
I don't think this is related to reproductive organs nor to pregnancy.
I think the blood clot in urine and cramping may be related to urinary track infection or kidney stones.
I think it would be good idea to do an urine analysis and kidney ultrasound to check for infection or kidney stones.
Meanwhile you can have lots of fluids and water, use cranberry juice for disinfection.
Use buscopan twice daily for cramps.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
