Question: I had nerve conductivity tests done and was diagnosed with genetic neuropathy in my feet. In the last few months I notice it has spread up my shins to just below my knees. I don't seem to have any motor problems though I am worried I may be losing strength - my calf muscles don't seem as large.
I have been told there is nothing I can do - I take Vit B12 and have started to use a TENS electric simulator. Is there anything I can do to stop, slow down or reduce this problem? I exercise regularly - bike about 15 - 20 Km per day. I eat healthy food though too much desserts.

thanks
