Brief Answer:
Genital wart, get it removed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service,

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.

It seems to be a genital wart.

You need to consult a doctor and get it removed either by chemical cauterization or radiofrequency ablation.

Its a minor procedure requiring 10-15 minutes.

There is no benefit of getting vaccinated at this age as you are already infected with warts and it won’t help you any further.

Regards
Dr. Asmeet

So what can I do besides getting the wart removed am I ever going to be able to have a sexual relationship with my girlfriend again? What is the risk of her getting it as well and can you tell me what kind it is from the picture is it likely to get cancer from this or not?

Brief Answer:
Details below

Detailed Answer:
You can go for chemical cauterisation using podophyllotoxin resin but it is a prescription medicine and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Once the wart is removed you can go for sexual intercourse with your partner.
Once the wart is removed there is less than 1 percent chance of your partner contracting the infection.
It is plane genital wart.
It has almost no chance of getting converted into cancer.

Brief Answer:
You can take zinc supplements to improve immunity

Detailed Answer:
I would recommend you to take zinc supplements in the form of tablet zinc sulphate 200 mg twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
This will improve your immunity so that the warts do not recur.
