Did you take Covaxin or Covishield? Cold feeling and weakness in body is known side effect of Covid vaccine and is expected to resolve by itself in few days to weeks. If you are feeling dizzy then avoid operating heavy vehicles or sudden movements. Drink Lime juice with some salt in it. Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins.
Avoid pain killers like diclofenac.
