Question: I got few tests done and looks like my hemoglobin and Thyroid (TSH) are not in range. Can you please review the report and advise?

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your hemoglobin is lower. This needs to be improved. Please request your doctor to prescribe iron tablets. Please eat iron rich foods like papaya, drum stick, dates, apple etc...

2) Your TSH is on higher side. You could be suffering from hypothyroidism. Please see a physician to prescribe medicines to control the hypothyroidism.
