I Don't Think This Can Be Answered This Way, But
Question: I don't think this can be answered this way, but let's give it a shot. I have a limp in my left breast. It is located very deep in the breast. Most likely sits against the chest wall. It does grow and shrink with hormonal influxes. It is also sometimes tender to the touch. From my own research, I have gathered that the chances of this being something malignant, is very LOW due to these characteristics. I am a 37 year old female with no family history of breast cancer. My question to you is, is my information correct? Health insurance is $400 a month so I thought id try this avenue.... thank you

The arm pit appears to be free of swelling.
The lump is semi XXXXXXX
The lump varies between 1.5 to 2.5 inches though the edges have become less identifiable over time.
When I first noticed the lump it was not as deep in the breast and felt like a hard boiled egg without the shell. Now it has "settled" much deeper and has lost the solid smooth boiled egg feeling and now feels more lumpy. I used to be able to "grab" it with my finger tops and now I cannot because of how deep it is.

Brief Answer:
Most probably fibroadenosis, FNAC and Ultrasound or mammography
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
With the history and follow up history that you have provided this looks to be a condition called Fibro-adenosis of breast which is a benign condition.
I can understand the insurance implications.
But if possible get a mammography or Ultrasound of breast and FNAC to prove its benign nature just to be sure about it.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.
Take care.
Please give feedback if you do the tests. Just see how much it would cost.
