Question: I don't have Cough or Cold. But when I get cough or sneeze due to some other reasons like when I am at kitchen my RIBS getting pain. This pain is like on and off, sometimes I didn't feel the pain, but sometimes it will hurts.

Coughing can cause musculoskeletal exertion of ribs and intercostal muscles.
This can cause similar kind of pain.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
