Brief Answer:
A bronchopulmonary infection to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query.

Itchy skin and spots may be linked to infection in the other parts of the body.

In your case, the problem seems to be with your respiratory airways.

Bronchopulmonary infections (viral, bacterial, even TBC) should be considered and evaluated further, for this is necessary for you to see your primary care Doctor.

He can order tests (in your case culture from the sputum, imaging of the lungs, blood tests for inflammation levels, etc.) in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
