I Am Now On My 4th Round Of Antibiotics And

Question: I am now on my 4th round of antibiotics and I still have a Uti/Kidney infection. In January I was prescribed Bactrim DS. Then a few weeks later I still had the infection so I was prescribed Macrobid for 5 days. A month passed and I was emitted to the hospital for a Kidney infection and was precribed another round of Macrobid but for 10 days. Now I had to go to the hospital again for the same infection but I was prescribed Keflex for 10 days. I am a single full time mom, and I do not have any partners or have had sex since my son was born almost 3 years ago. I drink plenty of water and I do not do drugs or drink. I work in a Pharmacy as a Technician, but honestly I have no clue what is happening. I only get severe symptoms right when it is at its worst. I do not normally have symptoms until too late. I am also on Minocycline 100 mg capsules that I take for my skin that I started early last fall. I am completely stumped.
