Covid 19 is a viral infection which may cause flu like symptoms.
At home, I recommend you to take anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the fever.
I also recommend to drink plenty of liquids and rest.
In case of cough you can use a mucolytic syrup to relieve it.
I also suggest to monitor your oxygen.
In case that you feel shortness of breath and the oxygen is lower than 90% you should get hospitalized for specific treatment.
