I Am Having Extreme Stomach Discomfort For A Few Hours

Question: I am having extreme stomach discomfort for a few hours now. I'm not sure exactly how it started however I am lactose intolerant and I ate pizza with cheese today so it may be from there. I have tried different antacids and Pepto bismol and nothing is helping at all. I have tried using the restroom a few times but that does not help either. I have tried using a heating pad and that doesn't work either. I have even tried yoga for gas relief which did help me pass gas but the pain is still there and very strong. I am not able to do anything or think of anything else with this extreme pain.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your detailed history and understood the concerns.
Too much severe pain due to intolerance is rare.
Hence it would be prudent to visit ER or nearby hospital to have proper clinical examination, evaluation and investigations:
X-ray of abdomen in standing position and Ultrasound of abdomen along with tests of stool, blood and urine will help to confirm or rule out any cause that is causing so much pain.
For me this is an urgent one.

Please give feedback once all these things are done.
Do not take anything orally till you see a Doctor and investigated.
