Question: I am a 40 year old male. I've been smoking since I was 14 years old. I am smoking two to three packs of cigarettes a day. I am coughing. I find it hard to breathe. I have tried everything to quit smoking. what do you recommend as an action plan to quit smoking and an over the counter medication or assistants? like from Walmart?
