I Am 41, Male. Married For 2 Years. I Have

Question: I am 41, male. Married for 2 years. i have had erectile dysfunction from 2011 when I was married first (got divorced in 2013). Nowadays I am able to get erection by stimulating using hand. However, after insertion it goes limp if my wife's vagina is lubricated. If she is relatively dry with very little lubrication, the penis stays erect. So my current problem is staying erect rather than getting an erection. I keep thinking whether my penis will become soft while intercourse. If the lubrication is too much (not artificial, natural lubrication)) , I feel that m penis has gone limp even if it is erect. Or I feel that either the vagina is too big or my penis is too small because it goes in and out so smoothly. However, when it is dry, the vagina is tight and I don't feel the penis is small or the vagina is big - but it hurts both of us when it is dry.

Please provide a solution. (I used to have taldlafil but not anymore because I am getting erections although at times I have to use m hand and immediately enter after it is erect - based on the lubrication, it may stay erect or not for long). My hormone and penile doppler tests were all normal and doctors said i don't have an physical issues.

Brief Answer:
Psychological ED

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.
Your are having psychological ED.
For this, I would suggest you to practice kegel's exercise. You can search for the same on internet.
A nutritional supplement containing Coenzyme Q can also be helpful.
You can include garlic, pomegranate, banana, vitamin C rich foods in your diet to improve erection.
Lubrication of vagina usually does not have effect on erection.
Excessive focus on erectile ability during intercourse can cause performance anxiety and can lead to loosening or erection.

Practice some meditation and breathing exercises also.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
