Question: I am 38 years old,female, I have heel pain and feels very sore in the morning and it reduces after I walk few minutes . Please suggest

My heel pain is from one month.
My weight is 59kg height is 5.4” .
No at Present I don don’t on medication.

Pain in the weight bearing bones or joints is usually due to low calcium in the bones.

I recommend to take Tab Shelcal 500 once in the morning after food for 2 months .

Also, do get your Vitamin D levels checked as low Vitamin D can cause defective bone mineralization and lead to such pains.
