Question: I am 29 year old male, 6’5 and 265 pounds. Exercise 5-6 days a week for an hour each day with my heart rate 140-160 bpm. I eat healthy ranging from 1500-2500 calories per day. But I can’t seem to lose weight, any advice?

Brief Answer:
You can try keto diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Losing weight is a quite difficult task and you require at least four to six months to achieve targeted weight.
Low-calorie diets combined with increased physical exercises will be effective for most of the cases but other factors like hormones and mental health also play a major role.
You can cut down the calorie intake bit more for bette results. Stres and anxiety must be avoided as it can cause weight gain. You have to go for a thyroid function test(TFT) to check your hormonal status as hypothyroidism may lead to weight gain.
If everything fails, I will suggest you to go for keto diet which shows promising results.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
