Question: I am 24 years old (male) height 5feet 8inch , weight 69kg. I am daydreaming too much, i am not able to focus on my work, adding to that i am not having a good memory. i am forgetting names, like old people do stress themselves to remember the names. When someone is talking to me, unknowingly i think about some other things in mind and i couldn't concentrate on what they are talking even its so important to me. I do every activity like bathing, eating, driving etc physically fine but i daydream mentally, i hardly can focus on what i am doing physically for a very few moments . I am loosing interest in many things, no compitetiveness, no deisire to do anything in life, laziness. Is this any hormones problem

Other problems i had are:
diagnosed with acute gynecomastia , I look very small, lean compared to people of my age and small compared to 8 years younger brother of mine, my face, my chest looks half grown adult, no proper beard growth -only at chin, feel tired very soon if i do some physical work

Brief Answer:
This does not seem to be a hormonal problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.
I have carefully read all the information in your attached report.

You have no hormone imbalance. So; No, your symptoms are not caused by any hormone problem.

Considering all the detailed information in the report, it seems that you are a very healthy person.

Your physical examination, the blood work(function studies and hormone levels are all normal.
There is no sonographic evidence of malignancy in your breast, so even your gynecomastia is not dangerous and it can be resolved with surgery.

About your difficulty to focus and memory problems, the first cause, in my opinion, is acute Stress.

Nowadays a lot of smart people underperform because of overloaded circuits or brain overloaded. This cause a neurological phenomenon called attention deficit trait or ADT.

Another possible cause of your symptoms can be a medical condition called attention deficit disorder or ADD.

My suggestion for you is to consult a psychiatrist in your area because it is necessary to rule out the differential diagnosis, to deduct the right diagnosis and only then you can have the right treatment and feel better.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
Regards.
