Question: I accidentally poked the inside of the ear too deep inside ,it is bleeding and painful and I cannot hear any sound from the injured ear.

Hii. Please consult an Ent surgeon immediately. I think you have injured the ear drum and may have even perforated it or have injured the canal wall. So consult an Ent surgeon. You may need to get examined under endoscope and may need to do a hearing test after the bleeding get settled. You may need to start an antibiotic after prescribed by doctor. Don't put any drops as no drop in needed for traumatic perforation of ear drop. You can take a paracetamol tablet to decrease the pain. Don't panic. Traumatic perforation of ear drum settles with time and may get healed. Please review if you have any queries.
