Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

A DASH Diet is usually recommended to preserve kidney functions and it is rich in raw fruits, vegetables, skimmed milk, whole grains, fish, beans, nuts and beans.
It is low in salt and sodium.
As you are diabetic, you have to limit your portion of fruits and avoid fruits like mangoes.
Refrain from refined carbs, bakery, red meat, sweets and unhealthy fatty, greasy meals.
No junk food for you.
The DASH diet will not only help you in kidney dysfunction but also in the treatment for hypertension and prophylaxis of heart diseases.

Foods which are known to Improve Thyroid Function are sea foods, fish, nuts and eggs.
This is because of their high iodine content.

Avoid tea,coffee,alcohol,carbonated drinks.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Be physically active.
Avoid citrous fruits.
Have frequent small meals instead of 3 large major meals.

Best mid meal snacks for you will be boiled eggs, almonds, apple,Yogurt, multigrain cookies, avocados and oatmeal.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
