Unable to get photos to you for your review, sent last nite. Eye looks better today. Are antibiotics needed?

Antibiotics are not needed in most cases. I will recommend you continue with same measures and more so because the eye is getting better. Like I mentioned, only few cases of eye infections are caused by bacterial requiring antibiotics.
