Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Well, if you did not lose your consciousness and there is no nausea or vomit then you should not be worried. Bump is expected and it will pull back in several days. Just- ice it, rest and take nonsteroid painkillers (eg. Tylenol).

However, if you take blood thinners such as aspirin/warfarin you should see a doctor and do a CT scan.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
