Question: My wife had some itching in her legs few weeks back we thought it might be mosquito bite but its kind of converting into big wound. attached the images can you please help with any remedies

It appears to be fungal infection.
Apply ointment luliconazole twice daily and give her capsule Fluconazole 150 mg twice a week.
Tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily in night.
This combination is safe and works well.
Don't use the medicines in pregnancy.
She should get good relief in a month.
