Brief Answer:
continue drugs. . dose can be adjusted

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query, attachetmenents and understood your concern.

Your sugar levels are nearer to normal values. All other investigations reports are good.

The HbA1c value will come to normal only if you control your sugar levels throughout the day and if you discontinue the drugs or even life style modifications then the sugar level and hence HbA1c will rise. So my advice is to continue the medications along with diet and exercise.

If values come to be normal or sub normal then the dose can be varied. For now you need to continue all the medications and follow regular diet and exercise.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
alcohol not more than 10g/occassion.take drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for follow up query.

650 ml of beer will have around 50mg of alcohol. This will affect sugar level as well as health. Upto 10g will have good effect on health.

I recommend only 10g of alcohol per day.

The newer drugs are safe from interactions. You should continue taking the drugs if you don't experienced any reactions before. If any problem then only need to recheck for drugs as the reactions are rare and depends on individual persons. Drugs are always individualized and hence it should be based on your responce to drugs.

I hope this information helps you.
