Brief Answer:
It is constipation and dyspeptic symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your description it seems like you are having dyspeptic symptoms with constipation.
No need to worry as it will resolve well with conservative measures.
As of now you can take laxative syrups like lactulose 10 ml thrice a day( easily available over the counter).
Take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole I’m the empty stomach before break fast.
Avoid hot and spicy foods and take finer rich diet for smooth bowel movements.
Carminative mixture syrup can be taken five ml twice a day to tackle gas and dyspeptic symptoms, it shows good results.
If symptoms persist consult a GP and get evaluated Wishing you good health.
