Brief Answer:
Continue with lubricant eye drops

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You already are using good quality lubricants and still symptoms are there indicates that there is something a miss.
Other than using lubricant drops and gel regularly, what you need to supplement is a 5 mt. break every half hour. This time will be utilized in moving your eyes in all cardinal directions, right, left, cross and circumduction , clockwise and anti clockwise. This accompanied by frequent blinking.
This frequent blinking is to continue while you are working as well.

These movements are aimed at restoring blood circulation around the eye and blinking moistening the cornea.
I presume you are taking good care of your health, diet exercise and rest.

Follow these directions and do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Brief Answer:
Preservative free drops are always better

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A preservative free drop always offers less chances of irritation, especially in people who are allergic to preservative used. Most of good brands like refresh tears, tears naturals, systane, optive, general eye drops are preservative free.
Of the drops you have, sodium hyaluronate drop is better due to better penetration, Glycol at times is irritant to few of my patients.

Omega 3 is always a welcome addition to the diet. You should always keep in mind that this is fat soluble and it stays in the body and by taking supplements you always tend to exceed the limit required.

If you are a vegetarian, then a important supplement is but B12, which is simply not there in a vegetarian diet. We see chronic deficiencies in vegetarian patients.
