Brief Answer:
Regarding poison ivy dermatitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Poison ivy can cause irritant as well as allergic contact dermatitis which can manifest as burning, itching, redness, swelling and blisters.
I suggest you to use a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream e.g either betamethasone propionate 0.05 %and fusidic acid 2 %cream Or mometasone furoate 0.1 %and fusidic acid 2%cream Or other similar product, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once daily for symptomatic relief from itching and burning.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding poison ivy dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You can drain the blisters with a sterile needle. Use a topical steroid cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1 %cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 %cream, twice daily. However, If the dermatitis is spreading I would suggest that you get it checked from a doctor in your area and if it is indeed poison ivy then I suggest you to take a short a course of an oral steroids i.e prednisolone.
