Brief Answer:
P24 capture assay and RNA PCR can be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your narration, the possibility of transmission of HIV Infection is very high as there is a definite Infection in other partner.

In order to diagnose the Infection it's advisable to take up 2 important tests which can detect the virus within few minutes of it's entry into the blood. They are
1. P24 capture assay
2. HIV RNA PCR

These two tests are highly accurate and sensitive.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these tests to you.

Brief Answer:
Risk of Infection is very low although not fully reliable

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I have worked on your attached reports in detail.

The first HIV protein P24 can be measured from 1 to 8 weeks after exposure.

As the result is non-reactive in your case, nothing to worry much. But these results are not totally reliable in view of the window period of 1 to 8 weeks.

To get more reliable results, HIV RNA assay is advisable.
