Brief Answer:
After 5 to 7 days of stopping deviry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am not sure why were you prescribed Deviry tablets. I am not sure who prescribed you this dose?
Deviry is given as progesterone supplement. Your doctor may have considered as progesterone deficiency and supplemented it. In such a case once you take the right dose as prescribed by your doctor and complete it and Once you stop the course; within 5-7 days you will have withdrawal period. You may notice some bleed if you do not take tablets on time, even if you are late by couple of hours you may have spotting. This is not true bleeding.

The menstrual bleed is only after stopping the Deviry in case the dose supplemented is sufficient.

Hope this answers.
