Brief Answer:
Vitamin D3 has minimal role in conception

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vitamin D deficiency is not known to interfere in conception. Rather, it causes generalized weakness and is associated with polycystic ovarian disease. You have been prescribed vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly and an eight week course usually covers the deficiency.
Fertomid is clomiphene citrate which is an ovulation induction drug which is given to induce ovulation and hence increase the chances of conception.
The follicular monitoring shows multiple small follicles in right ovary, while a follicle of 10 x 8 mm in left ovary which is likely to become dominant follicle. Endometrial thickness is appropriate.
