Question: I took a 2 shot of the hepatitis B vaccine about 7 years ago and i just get the 3rd about a month ago. So the question is am i 100% save if have sex with hbv p

The best way to tell whether you were effectively protected after your complete vaccination schedule is to get you antibodies measured. This is prove of immunity. This is even more important as you are considering direct exposure with someone who is HBV positive. Without this documentation, I will not recommend that you go on and have sex without protection on the grounds that you were vaccinated.

In all, get your antibodies measured. If they show that you developed sufficient levels of immunity, then having sex with someone who is HBV positive is of no major concern as you are protected.
