Looking at the information given by you, you are probably suffering from inflammation in the nose and throat. Sudden change in the temperature and atmosphere might be a cause.

Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Anti-allergic like Levocetrizine,

Also, do steam inhalation.
Drink lots of warm fluids.
Do warm saline gargles.
